Advantage Technical is seeking an Engineering Technician who has experience with Assemblies and Sub Assemblies for new products, Work for a contract assembly company who supports a major Motorcycle company!Employment Type: Temporary with the possibility of conversion!Location & Shift:* 3rd Shift Mon-Thurs. 715pm-6:30am.* 609 Memory Lane York, PA 17402-2235Pay Rate: $26-$27 per hour.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:* Must be proficient with Automotive PFMEAS and Process flow diagrams* Proficient in AutoCAD and 2D plant cell layout* Proficient in conducting Elemental Time studies* Plus, Sop's, Work Flows, fixing floor issues, (cells), reading blue prints, admin engineering workJob Duties:Main responsibility will be to write and update the PFEMA, (Performing Failure Mode and effective analysis). FMEA is a proactive way to prevent failures or reduce their impact. It involves reviewing components, assemblies, and subsystems to identify potential failures, their causes, and effects.
