If you are attracted to bold goals, believe in uncompromising honesty, support mutual respect, care about environmental responsibility, have a passion for excellence and a desire to make a positive contribution - then we want you to join the Husky TechnologiesTM team!Controllers Assembly Technician (Days: 9:00AM - 5:00PM)In this role you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of hot runner controllers in a manufacturing production environment, to ensure 100% quality and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities:Perform the duties required in each stage of building a hot runner controller including electrical and mechanical assemblyConduct system electrical testing under full powerOperate heavy equipment (forklift and crane) in a safe mannerUnderstand and follow all health and safety procedures, including safe operation of equipmentRecord quality information; e.g. quality sheets, check lists, etc.Participate in team meetings; provide input and ideas for improvingShare in cross-training and provide direction to employees including on-the-job trainingQualifications/Experience:Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment requiredPrior experience with electrical assemblyInitiative and ability to work with minimal supervisionGood understanding of blueprint symbols and all drawings of complex parts, including electrical schematics and simple assembly drawingsGood understanding of the basic principles of electricityAbility to work a variety of shiftsLift a minimum of 35 poundsConstant attention to detail with frequent hand repetitionsHusky TechnologiesTM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
