Description: As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with global stakeholders and leading a team of remote developers in delivering efficient and effective inline metrology software products according to project and sprint goals.
Job Responsibilities
Precision Assembler will perform crating and packaging of finished products and production assembly operations of moderate complexity.
Job Responsibility
Assembles high-tolerance electronic and mechanical products to written specifications.
Create and package finished products.
Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.
Selects and uses a wide variety of precision measuring and checking equipment.
Works under general supervision, and assumes additional related responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Responsible for participation as directed in continuous improvement projects that positively affect safety, quality, and/or productivity, or other process improvements as identified by management.
Supports organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping, etc. within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications
* High School diploma or post-high school technical education is a plus.
* 2 years of experience
* Ability to read basic blueprints
* Familiarity with power tools, such as pneumatic drills
* Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 60 lbs.
* Ability to use micrometers, dial gauges, and calipers a plus
