  • Assembling/Packaging products;
  • Filling out paperwork for related assemblies and production activity;
  • Communicating discrepancies or potential issues as needed;
  • As necessary, performs other duties as required;
  • Strong understanding of measuring devices, prints and quality control documents, specifications and requirements;
  • Strong operation of mechanical, electrical and optical tools and equipment for quality inspection;
  • May assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments;
  • Ensures high quality standards associated with assembly production to manufacture superior medical product assemblies;
  • Uses programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment;
  • Perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment, or manufacturing process - basic trouble-shooting. Assist in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment;
  • Strong understanding of reports, procedures - keeps excellent records and documentation of activities.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • 3-5+ years' experience in a related field is required;
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations;
  • Microscope Experience;
  • Ability to follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practice) using Standard Operating Procedures;
  • Maintains records and clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements;
  • Use various measurement devices to record data and produce assemblies to written specifications;
  • Manual dexterity, eye hand coordination, and visual acuity;
  • Ability to read, write and understand English;
  • Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail;
  • Maintain product traceability and identification;
  • Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product;
  • Ability to train other/new associates;
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers;
  • Able to work closely with other people;
  • Soldering Skills: Can perform basic soldering jobs;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Hardware Knowledge: Knows how to use DVM, temp meter. Is familiar with Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, power supply's;
  • Electronic Skills: Has a basic understanding of electricity;
  • Computer Skills: Is familiar with Microsoft Office products.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Controlled Environment Area;
  • Demonstrated abilities to train other/new operators.
