Are you mechanically inclined and ready to work as a team to achieve results?This team member will focus on installation of decks, liners, consoles, leaning posts and other fabricated componentsRequirementsQualificationsExperienced with and able to use hand tools varying from a tape measure, razor knives, screw gun, drill and a ratchetMust be able to regularly Lift/Push/Pull battery weights of 50 lbs. without assistanceMust have ability to climb in a safe manner (climbing as a minimum includes stairs, scaffolding, ladders and ramps) to access boats and boat equipmentAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled environment including working in the sunMust be able to work independently while staying on taskMust be able to solve problems with little assistanceMust have an attention to detail and the ability to identify defectsPrevious assembly experience is preferredWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
