Reports toAssembly SupervisorKey Responsibilities:Fit up & assembly of parts and components, using fixtures, jigs, templates, and measuring instrumentsFollow Engineering Assembly guidelines; provide technical feedback for Engineering Change Request (ECR)Drills, taps, reams, countersinks, holes in subassemblies, and bolts, rivets, or otherwise fastens detail parts into structural assembly, using hand tools and power toolsInstall a wide variety of fasteners into multiple material types (aluminum, titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, hastelloy, etc)Inspect, measure, verify and approve assemblies and paperwork according to blue prints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, service bulletins, and customer requirements. Mix and use various adhesives per Engineered routing / customer specification(s)Performs 100% visual inspection of assembliesIdentify defects in hardware, details and assembliesPeriodically assist in other production areas at the discretion of the Production Supervisor or Operations Management teamQualificationsBasic Qualification:High School diploma or GED equivalentEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
