Job DescriptionDirect Hire Responsibilities: Assemble parts and components according to work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings.Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly of products, including wiring, fastening, and testing.Ensure all products meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to all safety regulations.Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production deadlines.Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on assembled products as needed.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.Proven experience in assembly, particularly in mechanical or electrical components.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
