Our client, a major distribution site, is seeking Assemblers to join their team in Virginia Beach, VA. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production team assembling parts together of different products. The ideal candidate will have communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Assembler**
**Location: Virginia Beach, VA**
**Pay Range: Starting Pay at $17.85/hr. (increases depending on shift)**
**Contract to Hire Opportunity!**
**What's the Job?**
+ Operates one or more basic production machines used in the assembly, fabrication, or other process to produce and further process subassemblies of various types
+ Assemblies and packages products on an assembly line or at a bench
+ Performs routine and repetitive assembly motions
+ Conducts more complex production tasks such as operating multiple machines
+ May assist in other areas of the plant
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous work tenure and great work ethic!
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
+ Reliable Transportation
