We are actively hiring entry-level employees for a growing semiconductor manufacturing company.Responsibilities:Identify parts that do not meet industry standards through testing and visual inspection throughout the build process.Modify various parts using tools to meet the needs of each specific build.Maintain appropriate communication with supervisors to ensure efficient and timely production.Complete and submit time costing sheet documentation each day with relevant service, project, and billing information.Maintain a professional manner to enhance the company's image with customers.Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.Clean working area prior to leaving each job.Attend and participate in departmental or company meetings.Perform other related duties as assigned.Complete routine tasks according to departmental policies and procedures.Work with direct supervision.Skills & Qualifications:HS Diploma, GED, or Trade School Certification (experience considered).Basic to intermediary knowledge of assembly production processes and tools.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints.Mechanical/inspection knowledge.Visual acuity and manual dexterity.Excellent math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions).About the Company:Work in a global, diverse, and dynamic environment.Opportunities for growth: we prioritize internal candidates and offer training and development programs.Friendly, family-like atmosphere.Encouragement to be creative and promote your own ideas.Every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities.Work Ethic, attendance, positive attitude, willingness to learn, teamwork, and quality are important!Training is available for this position.Pay: $20-$23/hr (dependent on experience)Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-FridayAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
