Job Title: Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionThis position is based in a shop that builds high-quality, custom-engineered industrial control panels in a fast-paced, Lean manufacturing environment. You will be working in a dynamic team serving a variety of industries, including packaging, pharmaceutical, and water/wastewater plants.ResponsibilitiesWire control panels on a daily basis using blueprints and ladder diagrams.Gather necessary wires and supplies for each project.Complete panels with the required amount of supplies according to specific wiring and assembly instructions.Assist in the fabrication of electrical cabinets.Use various hand tools and power tools for assembly and installation tasks.Verify that all pieces fit according to the provided diagrams and make adjustments as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and ladder diagrams.Experience with hand tools and power tools.Ability to follow specific wiring and assembly instructions.Attention to detail and precision in wiring and assembly tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsRanken, ITT Electrical/Electronic Associates Degree preferred.Control Panel wiring experience preferred.Open to entry-level candidates with relevant knowledge from school.Why Work Here?Enjoy a collaborative work environment with opportunities to work on custom-engineered projects for diverse industries.
