Hiring Opportunity: Gahanna, Ohio Our client is looking to add an Assembly Technician to their Force Plate Department. In this role, you will be assembling and testing electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, gluing subassemblies, and mechanical assembly of force measurement products.Job RequirementsJob Functions:-Gluing of sub-assemblies using 2-part epoxy-General mechanical assembly utilizing hand, powered, or pneumatic tools-Integrating PCBs and other electronic components into our client's products-Solder wiring to PCB boards-Assembly of wire harnesses, cables, and electronic sub-assemblies-Calibration and testing of product-Physical handling of components, including lifting up to 70 lbs. / 140 lbs. team-liftQualifications: -High School Diploma-Microsoft Office Knowledge (Word, Excel)-Ability to read Blueprint/Wiring Schematics-Maintain records of product calibration and testing-Prior soldering experience a plus (will train)-Prior mechanical assembly a plus
