- Days: Sat & Sun: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM; Mon & Tues: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM $27/hr
Job Overview Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated and semi-automated production equipment. Ensure compliance with quality standards, address equipment issues, and implement process improvements. Utilize skills in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics for machine adjustments, diagnostics, and repairs. Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, including sensors, controllers, and servos.
- Perform machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and complete required documentation.
- Support quality checks and pull inspection samples.
- Track production efficiency and document downtime or quality issues.
- Maintain 5S standards and assist in training new technicians.
Skills & Knowledge
- Expertise in electronics, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to diagnose and repair motor controls, relays, and circuits.
- Familiarity with automated machinery and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (technical school preferred).
- Experience: Up to 3 years in manufacturing, with automated equipment experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Work Environment
- Exposure to manufacturing equipment, biohazards, and chemicals.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting (up to 35 lbs.), and pushing/pulling (up to 80 lbs.).
