  • Assemble and test complex mechanical/electrical systems in a cleanroom environment.
  • Support process improvements, engineering testing, lean initiatives, and quality improvements.
Top 3 Must-Haves:
  • Technical Skills: Blueprint reading, mechanical and electrical assembly, electronics, schematic reading, and test equipment handling.
  • Manufacturing Skills: Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, process improvement, and cleanroom experience.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Testing and troubleshooting, engineering.
Responsibilities:
  • Produce products according to specifications, report ongoing problems, and contribute to product and process improvements.
  • Solve technical problems during production, oversee the assembly to testing process, and act as a reference for problem-solving.
  • Support pilot production, develop and improve processes, and propose ideas for product improvement.
  • Understand product and system correlations, share expertise with team members, and coordinate production activities.
  • Control the use of tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficiency and proper maintenance.
Skills: Technical Skills: Blueprint reading, Mechanical and electrical assembly, Electronics, Schematic reading, Test equipment handlingManufacturing Skills: Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, Process improvement, Cleanroom experienceProblem-Solving Skills: Testing and troubleshooting, EngineeringAdditional Skills & Qualifications: AS or BS Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Chemical fields, or equivalent experience, Manufacturing internship or co-op experience, Lean Manufacturing Training preferred, Mechanical skills Shift Options: Multiple shifts available, including 2nd Shift and CWW Nights N1 & N2.
  • 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, , with a 10% shift differential.
  • 3rd Shift: 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday.
  • CWW Nights: 15% shift differential with daily overtime.
    • N1 Schedule: Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6 PM to 6 AM) and Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
    • N2 Schedule: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6 PM to 6 AM) and Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Note: This role requires working in a cleanroom environment.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
