Job Description:

Job Purpose:

Perform a series of wire preparations, assembly and integration on all products currently produced.

Essential duties and other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· The primary responsibility will be to build electrical and electro-mechanical assemblies to meet project specifications and design criteria.

· Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures per order requirements.

· Achieve qualification to build greater than 75% of the assemblies on the training matrix

· Comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

· Report problems with material, processes, equipment, schematics and bill of materials to Production Lead.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.

· Position requires the ability to work overtime.

· Ad hoc activities as requested.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

· Able to read and comprehend procedures written in English.

· Able to read and interpret schematics/blueprints.

· Able to perform point to point wiring with routing techniques that meet or exceed industry standards.

· Able to perform continuity check via the use of digital volt meters.

· Mechanical skills required, including using hand tools and measurement devices.

· Possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate a passion for attention to detail.
