Start your path to a WGNSTAR career today!Pay rate: $25.00/hr.Location: North Dallas, TX and TravelThe principal duties and responsibilities will be:Comply with all required safety instructions at all times.Move equipment into place in customer cleanroom.Perform equipment pre-installations and setups.Install equipment to required quality standards.Complete work with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Utilize detailed checklists and work instructions to ensure compliance with customer requirements.Requirements:Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude/experience including the ability to use appropriate hand tools, meters, scopes, and other specialized equipment are required.Willingness to travel to various customer locations as required to support installation activity in different semiconductor fabs. Travel expenses relating to away-from-home work assignments will be paid by the company, with home trips every 6-8 weeks if assignment duration requires extended stay.Must be flexible with all shifts, days/nights.Valid Driver's License.Minimum education of High School Diploma required, or equivalent AS degree in an engineering discipline is highly desirable (related engineering discipline is electronics, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, etc.)Military education combined with related experience may be substituted for academic educationTroubleshooting and electromechanical repair are a plus.Physical Effort/Activities:Willingness to work in cleanroom environment, wearing all necessary PPE and Cleanroom attire as required for at least 8 hours each dayAbility to work in confined areas, in awkward positions, and/or in high placesMechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds are requiredMay require bending/stooping/crawling/climbingMay require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous elements or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc.Other compensation: We offer benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Vacation, Select Holidays and Career Development Opportunities.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
