**Description**

**Summary:**

Fills customer orders by producing goods and services as specified. Trains, monitors and assists Production I and II workers in performing their job tasks. Performs quality checks and material movement for own jobs and jobs of Production I and II as needed. Can perform all jobs and set up all work stations for self and others. Uses clicker, hole drilling machines, and all equipment listed in Production I and II job description. Can fully operate machines including initial set up and can trouble shoot simple malfunctions. Can be relied upon to accurately carry out jobs from start to finish.

- Must be able to safely operate complex machinery and tools

- Must be able to attend to all job tasks

- Must be able to anticipate tools and materials needed for the job required

- Must be able to problem solve issues and provide direction to Production I and II other workers

- Must be able to work independently and take initiative to perform needed tasks without supervision

- Must be able to clearly communicate with co workers

- Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed and enforces wearing of PPE for Production I and II workers
