The primary responsibility of the position is to maintain the Accreditation Assessment System for the Department of PA Studies through the coordination of data collection, analysis, and communication for ongoing program assessment, enhancement, and continued accreditation through ARC-PA.Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Maintain the Ongoing Accreditation Assessment System for the Department of PA Studies through the coordination of data collection and analysis at the Program and University levels• Assist program director in compiling and analyzing assessment data• Assist in preparation and submission of accreditation reports for state and national agencies• Communicate unit assessment system data findings to Provost, University Community, and External Community• Facilitate data system development using university resources, including technology• Assist with additional responsibilities related to personal areas of expertise• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program DirectorMinimum Requirements• Earned Associates Degree• Professional knowledge of program accreditation processes• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (esp. Excel)• Ability to multitask• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills• Willingness to work flexible hours• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position• Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the universityPreferred Requirements• 3 years' experience working in Higher Education• Earned Bachelor's degree• Working knowledge of SPSS and AccessHours/Shift/Work Schedule Full-time schedule designed in conjunction with the PA Studies Program Director.Physical Requirements of Position Work is performed in an office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
