Bring your compassion, expertise, enthusiasm, and passion for quality to a place that cultivates wellness and inspires hope.The Assessment Coordinator is responsible for performing clerical duties and maintaining the Midas data collection process within the Assessment and Referral (A&R) department. The Assessment Coordinator is responsible for communicating services and being available as first point-of-contact for patients/families in crisis and external agencies. The Assessment Coordinator will greet patients and families, and escort patients from various units/departments. Ensures proper documentation of patient calls and records. Initiates additional clerical duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other behavioral or medical health related field preferred.Experience: A minimum of one (1) related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred; Additional working knowledge of computers and business software programs (Excel) preferred.Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR certification, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-escalation within 30 days of employment prior to assisting with restraining procedures.
