Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.Job DescriptionCoordinate and facilitate various interest, skill and aptitude assessments for clients in an orderly and professional mannerEnsure client's reasonable accommodations for completing assessment are being metGather assessment results and provide to the Certified Rehabilitation CounselorMaintain client's assessments in files and client databaseComplete case notes on a weekly and as needed basisEnsure classroom is neat, orderly and cleanEnsure clients sign-in/out and maintain sign-in sheetsQualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor of Art in Education or Social Service field,three to fiveyears of experience in training, education or career development in the workforce development field or a combination of relevant course work or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to interact with diverse individuals including those in specialized populations, and demonstrate a positive and professional attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office programsExperience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance drivenExceptional customer service and engagement skills; prefer training or experience in motivational interviewing and care management techniquesExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailExperience with publicly-funded programs; Temporary Assistance for Needy Familiesexperience preferableExperience in making reasonable accommodations for customersKnowledge of laws and regulatory requirements related to program responsibilitiesAbility to use various electronic systems to carry out duties and responsibilitiesFamiliarity with online interest, aptitude and vocational assessments are preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Rate:$19.23-$22.12Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
