This is a multi-function position which focuses on providing operational and service support to clients and Officers in our Asset Management area. If you are an insightful problem solver, detail-oriented, enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets, eager to ask questions to further your understanding of money management and help others, this position is for you.The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Administrative Support:Greet clients, answer calls, provide lobby coverage, assist in opening/closingProcess client cash distributions, client bills, transfers or cash receiptsValidate reports for reporting accuracy, ensuring system codes are appropriate and researching and resolving issuesSet up online access accounts and troubleshoot client issuesComplete Certificate of Deposit processingScan and index documentsMonitor & process insurance account payments and notificationsPerform account system maintenanceProcess IRA distributionsProvide administrative support to Officers as neededOther duties as assigned.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCETwo-year associate degree or one to three years related experience preferred, but not required. Opportunities for further education.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESHaving an interest in a position with detailed work, numbers and spreadsheets is essential. Other key attributes needed to successfully do this job are the ability to stay focused with interruptions, experience with data operating systems, ability to set up check/balance systems, organized, diligent worker, good computer and problem-solving skills, and a team player. Knowledge of Windows environment (specifically some Excel understanding) and proficient computer skills are necessary.Must enjoy people and be willing and eager to interact pleasantly with customers and fellow associates alike. Must understand the team concept and be able to function as a member of a team as the team works towards a common goal.
