- Provide Client Service Associates with guidance and resources for delivering high quality, high touch tailored service to Private Banking clients and internal teams
- Manage team's daily work volumes and transactions accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing compliance policies and procedures
- Research, follow-up and resolve escalated client issues and problems through effective interaction with bankers, product partners, operations areas, and other partners in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in the continuing strategic development of the Client Service operating model and help validate proposed ideas/plans prior to implementation
- Evaluate staff performance and provide continuous feedback via informal discussions, quarterly/semi-annual performance meetings and the annual review processRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities; must be able to think strategically
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive communication skills
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Wealth Management in a client facing role with a background in Investor Relations/Client Services and a focus on Alternative Private Markets(Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity, Growth Equity, etc)
- Solutions driven, ability to effectively execute under pressure within a fast-paced environment; extremely adaptable to ever changing business demands and expectations; ability to multi-task and manage complex assignments
- Bachelor's degree requiredPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
