We are looking to bring on several Senior Consultants within our Asset Management Practice who will leverage the project management expertise they have gained in the Financial Services industry or consulting in Financial Services environments (Asset Managers, Banks, Hedge/PE/Real Estate funds and Insurance companies). We are looking for dynamic professionals who want to make an impact and work in an exciting environment. Team members will be involved in all aspects of the delivery of client services to help our clients in the implementation of their strategy to deliver high quality and more efficient capabilities to include process reengineering, analytics and digitalization.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with various Business Transformation projects including (but not limited to): functional optimization, operations or performance improvement, business process improvement, change management, program or project management, data analytics, business analysis, system design, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of relevant project management experience advising commercial companies in the financial services sector in one or more of the following areas: Business Function Optimization, Operations Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Program or Project Management.

5 + years of relevant experience, as an internal employee or external consultant, advising: Asset Managers, Asset Servicers, Banks, Hedge/PE/Real Estate Funds and Insurance Companies.

Working knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall).

Business acumen with a strong understanding of accounting and business processes, as well as information systems.

Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective.

Project management, PMP-type skills, CSM or similar certifications a plus.

Consulting mindset / business analysis skills.

Great communication skills.

PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel and other MS Office software.

Experience on large transformation / change management initiatives.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or other technical discipline

PREFERRED SKILLS:

PMP, CSM, CPA.

Knowledgeable of reporting/visualization software (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau), databases (e.g. SQL), and/or RPA solutions (e.g. Automation Anywhere, UiPath).

*Please note:*

This is a U.S.-based hybrid role, with about 95% of the work being remote.

Candidates should be comfortable commuting to our office or a client site when needed due to the possibility of very infrequent travel or onsite work in Boston area or metropolitan NYC.

Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
