Job Title: Asset Manager

Reports To: VP, Asset Management

Direct Reports: none

Office Location: Woodland Hills, CA | Hybrid - 1 remote day/week

Salary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 based on experience + 15% annual target bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions (Los Angeles) is partnering with a real estate development company in the San Fernando Valley to hire an Asset Manager.

Description:

• Responsible for the performance of assets in affordable housing portfolio
• Perform review of monthly property financial statements
• Assess project and partnership risk factors
• Analyze property performance, valuation, market trends and operational strengths and weaknesses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, or Business
• 3-5 years of multi-family asset management
• Knowledge of Section 42 (LIHTC)
• Understanding of real estate accounting principles and financial reporting

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
