Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Asset Manager at R4 Capital LLC. The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of affordable housing equity and debt investments, conducting financial analysis, overseeing property performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is based in Newport Beach, CA, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Financial Analysis, Asset Management, and Investment Management skills
• Experience in affordable housing, LIHTC, and tax-exempt debt investments
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in affordable housing programs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Identify and create Action Plans for investments
• Proficiency in real estate finance and property management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Travel is required mainly for site Inspections and will total approximately 20-25% of time.

The successful candidate will report to an R4 Asset Management Team Leader and have a BS in real estate, business, finance, marketing, or a related field. A person with 2 or more years of experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit industry, capable of demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and proven success is desired.
