In short, BLUROC goes the extra mile to ensure our clients' projects are successful.Position DescriptionThe Asset Manager - Matting will oversee the BLUROC mats and manage the job needs. This person will also be responsible for assisting the field on coordination of mats and finding the most economical way to transport. Other responsibilities will include keeping inventory up to date by setting up orders and requests in our inventory software, processing information from the field, and verifying data coming in to reconcile inventory levels. They will work as a liaison between the field and office to ensure accurate counts on jobs. This position will report to the Vice President, Finance & Administration.Responsibilities Managing and maintaining all agreements and shipping lanes.Generating and maintaining accuracy of OOW (monitoring off rent status, History tab corrections, updating scripts for information pulls, connective relative sheets to each other, etc.).Meetings with Regional Directors to review mat needs for job requirements while coordinating Yak on mat availability within and outside of captive fleet with the assistance of the Vice President, Finance & Administration.Working with various departments for information I may be able to provide for their success.Coordinating with trucking companies and foremen about mat shipments.Working with RD/PM on proposals for smaller customer needs for mat rentals.Coordinating mat deliveries/project builds for small customer accepted proposals.Splitting up freight bills and working with PMs to ensure accurate invoicing for bill splits with the Accounts Manager.Working with vendors to help with any relevant issues they may need help with as it pertains to BLUROC.Holding weekly meetings gathering job updates from the field. Position Requirements College diploma in the field of business administration, accounting, or management information system; or at least 2+ years related work experience.Analytical mindset and good critical thinking skills.Exceptional interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Applying operational and support principles and practices in related supply chain environments.Utilizing databases/systems to review and verify documentation and information.Communicating potential concerns or delays.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
