Job Overview:

Our Client is a prominent company in the solar industry seeking an Asset Operations Coordinator to support our asset operations services. This role involves managing work orders, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring effective communication with customers. The ideal candidate will excel in outbound communication, managing escalations, and overseeing project progress using CRM and project tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Order Management: Receive and organize work orders from clients, assigning tasks to subcontractors and managing designated territories to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Customer Communication: Conduct outbound calls to customers to confirm work order receipt, provide updates on project status, and coordinate scheduling. Confirm job completion with customers upon service fulfillment.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Source, assign, and brief subcontractors on specific projects and assigned territories.
  • Escalation Handling: Direct any escalated issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • System Utilization: Utilize CRM and project tracking systems, such as Salesforce and SiteTracker, to manage cases, monitor project progress, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Open availability to manage case volume and support customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM & Tracking Systems: Proficiency in CRM and project tracking systems, like Salesforce and SiteTracker, is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong outbound communication abilities, capable of providing clear and proactive updates to customers and subcontractors.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to oversee multiple work orders and ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  • Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying issues, escalating as needed, and ensuring timely resolutions to uphold customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solar Industry Experience: Experience in the solar industry, particularly in asset management or field operations, is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of Solar Operations: Familiarity with solar systems, components, installation, and maintenance processes is a strong asset.
