Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time assistant art director to support the development of visual concepts and designs that bring client campaigns to life. - Assist art directors in the development of visual concepts and designs for marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media, and video applications)
- Contribute ideas and solutions with the creative department and execute design concepts that meet client objectives and brand standards
- Help complete design projects, including file preparation, final delivery, and ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team
- Manage relationships with outside vendors, such as photographers, illustrators, and retouchers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communications, or comparable work experience in a relevant field
- Minimum of three years of work experience in graphic design and mechanical production
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn about) data protection (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintaining confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
- Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage timelines and deadlines
- Hardworking team player who's always ready for the next challenge
Salary range: $38,025 - $48,750 annuallySalary is always based on the unique set of skills, knowledge, and experience a candidate brings to the position.
