This is a 10-month tenure-track position with Assistant or Associate professor rank (dependent on experience) with possible extended contract and/or summer employment options. Academic rank, salary, and other duty eligibility will be commensurate with education and experience. This is a residential appointment and campus presence is required. - Teaching primary graduate and possible undergraduate courses in CDIS
- Supervising graduate student clinicians in SLP
- Service, research, and other scholarly activity expectations determined by academic rank
- Assist with ASHA accreditation compliance as assigned
- Participate in regular program, departmental, and university activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements: The candidate should present: 1) CCC-SLP; 2) Earned doctorate (Ph.D or Ed.D preferred); 3) at least two years of CDIS practice experience; and 4) eligibility for NM licensure as SLP. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Applicants must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and commitment to excellence in teaching students of diverse backgrounds.
