Job Summary Oscar's Brewing Company is looking for dedicated Bakers who enjoy working in a strong team environment. Applicants must have professional experience in a commercial bakery. A background in upscale dining is appreciated!Responsibilities and DutiesAs an OBC Baker you:
- Prepare all bread, dough and desserts in accordance with OBC recipes and standards
- Stock and set up your station with all essential provisions
- Label, date and rotate all food, following FIFO procedures
- Ensure that all food handling areas are maintained thoroughly clean
- Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products
- Execute multiple tasks quickly, timely and effectively
- Thoroughly clean and wrap up your station upon completion of serve
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be organized, attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Have great communication skills and be able to work as a team!
- Function well when under stress
- Have a current food handler permit
- Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Able to meet physical demands such as lifting 50 pounds and standing for 8 hours or more
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity
