HR Works is excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for Full-time Assistant Benefits& LeaveCoordinator based out of our Fairport, NY location. This is a hybrid opportunity, ideal for someone aspiring to grow in the field.The Assistant Benefits & Leave Coordinator will provide essential support for client employee questions regarding leave and benefits, such as disability, FMLA, paid family leave, benefits eligibility, claim status, etc. Duties involve answering general employee questions through phone or email, managing incoming employee paperwork, and providing administrative support to team members as needed. The compensation range for this position is $21.00-$24.00 per hour. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business or related field, or associate degree with commensurate experience required.
- Experience working independently is strongly preferred.
- Call center experience is a plus!
- Benefits and/or Leave administration and HRIS experience is a plus!
