Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Entry-Level Assistant Brand Manager to join our team at Instant Power Corporation, a leading player in the chemical CPG retail industry. As an Entry-Level Assistant Brand Manager, you will assist in managing the strategic planning and innovation of our chemical-based products, from concept to launch. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and business goals. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand/product management within the dynamic consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Management:
- Assist in managing the entire product lifecycle, including product ideation, development, testing, and post-launch performance.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to identify product opportunities and improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and supply chain teams to ensure timely product development, alignment with brand strategy, and successful product launch.
- Product Development Support:
- Assist in developing products for our CPG partners. Ensure that products meet regulatory standards and meet customer expectations.
- Sales Development:
- Support the Sales team by driving new items and creating strategic plans that align with business goals and market demands.
- Project Management:
- Help manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams to ensure products are delivered on time and within scope. Track key milestones and report on progress.
- Product Launch & Marketing Support:
- Assist with product launches, including the creation of product positioning, packaging, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the team to develop go-to-market strategies.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on product performance metrics (sales, profitability, customer satisfaction) to evaluate the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Internship experience or coursework in product management, project management, or product development preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative problem solver with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for the chemical industry and consumer goods.
