This is an absolute growth opportunity. The expectation is that you start as an assistant builder and within six months to a year, you will transition into a builder with a significant pay increase. What does a builder do? You manage subcontractors who are building custom homes in Florida. You need leadership skills and are passionate about construction. The company wants you to show them your potential and they will take care of you once you do. They pride themselves on how long their employees have worked there because they take very good care of them. They need people who are ready to learn and have an open mind since these are custom-built houses and the faster you learn the process, the faster you will be in a position to be successful. Think of this role as a paid internship until you become a builder. Builders have six figure potential, you'll get a car allowance and bonus structures. It should only take you six months to a year to get to builder status.
