Title: Assistant Building EngineerLocation: 2701 Powering Progress Drive Kernersville NC 27284 US (Onsite)Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMDuration: 04+ Month's ContractPay Range $23.00 to $27.50/hr.We are looking for a “Assistant Building Engineer” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.Job SummaryAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, industrial systems, and equipment at our Kernersville location. This role requires hands-on work across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more, to ensure smooth and safe facility operations.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance & Repair: Perform day-to-day preventive maintenance and emergency repairs for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarms.
