Job Title: Assistant BuyerLocation: Wickenburg, AZDuration: 6+ months (Possible extension)Responsibilities:Support the Buyer with all procurement related tasks, such as managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, preparing budgets and providing administrative supportWork closely with suppliers to expedite, reschedule, change, or cancel purchased items to support production scheduleUtilizes Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and all available information to identify purchasing needs and perform purchasing functions in a timely mannerIssue purchase orders to vendorsAcknowledge orders have been processed and updates delivery dates and lead timesCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goodsMaintain proper inventory levelsExecute RMA Process for items needing to be returnedMaintain accurate data within the systemOnboard new suppliersQualification:Degree - Supply Chain Management/ logistics/ Material Management
