Magazine, and Accounting Today.We are seeking a motivated Assistant Client Manager (ACM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to clients and handle various administrative tasks. This role requires a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ACM will ensure ongoing communication with clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries promptly and fostering strong relationships.The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where each client and day presents new and diverse challenges and should possess:

Our team of thirty professionals is committed to upholding high standards to ensure the prosperity of our clients and community.FOR CONSIDERATION, YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS SURVEY: Responsibilities:
  • Provides Project Oversight
  • Conducts Client onboarding
  • Maintains Client calendar, portal and support
  • Provides Billing Assistance and tracking
  • Sends Payments and Completes Filing
  • Client Services Follow up
  • Runs Client Reports and Systems
  • Provide Firm client assistance
  • Supports tax returns
  • Other duties as assigned by service area heads
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounting or finance roles is preferred, or working administratively with small to medium size businesses and with their clients
  • Associate degree or equivalent with designation in Business, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or a similar field. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skillsExcel, Word and Outlook
  • Calendar management
  • A passion for supporting clients and their businesses
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to quality
  • Appropriate ethical behavior through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct
  • Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently
  • An attitude of continuous improvement

Work Environment OverviewThe position is full time M-F.Casual but professional office environment, work/life integration, client contact, award winning culture. Colorado Casual dress code.
