In this role, you will work closely with the Clinic Director to oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and supporting our clinical team. This hybrid position allows you to balance in-person and remote work based on clinic demands. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the development and monitoring of treatment plans, providing leadership and support to Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with families and professionals to deliver exceptional ABA therapy.Responsibilities:Assist the Clinic Director in managing the clinical team and ensuring effective ABA therapy delivery.Help develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other clinical staff.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.Stay updated with ABA research, best practices, and regulatory requirements.Efficiently manage your work hours between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to alternate between clinic and remote work based on current needs and priorities.Maitain small caseloads/billable requirementsQualifications:Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Proven experience in ABA therapy settings with a focus on leadership and support roles.Expertise in developing and implementing ABA programs.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.License/Certification:BCBA (Required)Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and location.Adapt to a Flexible Schedule: Seamlessly blend your workday between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
