ABA Centers of Florida is determined to change how ABA therapy is delivered.Leadership OpportunityAre you a BCBA interested in taking your career to the next level with a stable company where everyone's voice is heard, and clinic decisions are strictly made by clinicians?Our Assistant Clinical Directors help to monitor the daily operations of a single clinic location, providing services to learners receiving insurance-funded or private-pay-funded services. Assistant Clinical Directors help to ensure a clear line of communication among BCBAs, RBTs, and other team members.What You'll Do:
- Assist in the supervision of 6-7 behavior analysts under the supervision of the Clinical Director
- Implement training curriculum for new staff and monitor the performance of all clinical staff
- Provide onboarding and support for new BCBAs in collaboration with Clinical Director
- Oversee skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs developed by BCBAs
- Work collaboratively with behavior analysts and team members to maximize treatment plan hours
- Assist behavior analysts as needed with parent training and completion of assessments
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, staff performance assessment, functional analysis, etc.)
- Maintain a reduced caseload of 4-5 clients
- Review, analyze, and provide support and feedback to behavior analysts regarding treatment plans before final submission to Clinical Director
- Maintain and ensure deadlines for initial treatment plans, re-assessment authorizations, and weekly behavior analyst utilization of treatment hours
- Assist Clinical Director in ensuring that notes and billing are submitted and signed by each team member
- Attend regional and company meetings as needed
- Assist Clinical Director in collecting and analyzing operational and clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure treatment plan objectives and client programming are clinically appropriate, less restrictive, and evidence-based
- Assist Clinical Director with clinic on-call schedule as well as provide coverage as needed for BCBAs
RequirementsEducation/Experience and Other Requirements
- BCBA certification
- 4+ years of experience in the field supervising others
- Experience training staff
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
