Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Community Director to join our team and help oversee our senior community in Plant City, FL. .
Plant City Towers & Living Center is comprised of 117 affordable apartment homes for SENIORS. To ensure

- Under the direction of the Community Director, assume responsibility for all phases of operation of the property, including but not limited to the general administration and HUD compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparation of leases and other management forms. Properly review and process all applications for residency, verifications, move-in, and recertification.
- Process forms such as 4350, 50059 and EIV.
- Manage HUD compliance at all levels of the property's operation.
- Assisting with Hiring, Managing and Training the best quality staff.
Qualifications required:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years' property management experience, in various roles, and have some knowledge of current HUD guidelines.
- COS certification is preferred but not required.
- Accomplished interpersonal skills; capable of dealing effectively with employees, residents, vendors, and co-workers.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
