We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Community Manager within our apartment community in Porter Ranch.Responsibilities include maximizing the long-term performance of the property. Providing exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents. Maintaining accuracy of resident records to include the following: residential move-ins, deposits, rent increases, rent collections, late payments, evictions, and residential move-outs. Reviewing and properly submitting invoices for contracted services performed on property. Completing daily transactions and tasks within a timely matter. Ability to oversee general operations of a residential property, acting as on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager.Qualifications Two years' experience as an Assistant Community Manager of 150+ units. Experience in leasing and apartment accounting/bookkeeping Effective problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
