Our training and development programs provide employees with career advancement in a diverse work environment.Utilize production work orders, documents, drawings, specifications, and written or oral instructions to perform tasks necessary to meet production requirements.Assistant Painter:Mixes and applies a wide variety of paint finishes such as acrylic, enamel, and rain erosion products to specific thickness and viscosities requiring a moderate knowledge and understanding of their qualities in order to achieve desired effect.Regulates spray gun and monitors spray booth according to temperature and humidity requirements.Detect and report defective equipment, materials, and faulty operations to supervisor.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Maintains written and Visual Manufacturing records.Ensures proper surface masking, sanding and preparation.Stencils and silk screens using various techniques and a variety of mixed inks.Maintain spray booths and paint inventory.Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.Shift will vary from 7am to 4:30pm or 4:00am to 1:30pm.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $49,440 - $79,080.Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
