Hold Pre-Construction Start-up Meeting Onsite with All Subcontractors Before Job Starts
Contract Conformance
Assist PM Prepare & update project schedules weekly to meet updated & changing schedules
Manage Project Safety Program
Manage, Schedule & Coordinate all Subcontractors, Company field workers & suppliers
No Accidents or Safety Incidents
Prepare 4 week ‘Look-Ahead' schedules weekly & submit to PM every Friday PM
Enforce Field Production Standards & Methods Inspect & maintain quality workmanship per industry standards & contract documents
Complete Project General Conditions Under Budget
Prepare Ongoing Weekly Project Punch-list & Safety Inspection - Turn In Every Friday
Manage Project Subcontractors & Suppliers
Ensure all construction is built per the contract, plans and specifications
Manage & Project Manpower Requirements
Document all project issues, changes, notices, change order requests, RFIs, etc.
Maintain Positive Work & Team Player Environment
Coordinate With PM all project issues, changes, notices, change order requests, RFIs, etc.
Maintain Positive Team Player Attitude
Never Do Extra Work without Approval of Customer or Project Manager
Liaison With Customer on Field Issues Supervise and maintain a clean and safe project, work site and accident-free project
Manage, Coordinate and call for all City, County, Federal, Utility, Inspections, Locates & Tests required Prepare daily report of all activities, workers, inspections, etc. with photos
Communicate daily with Project Manager to discuss project issues, progress, requirements & goals
Prepare & Manage SWWPS Reports Weekly & As Required
Timely Ordering of Job Inspection, Material Deliveries, Locates, Testing Contact Subcontractors & Suppliers 3 Weeks Early before they are needed on job
Attend Job Meetings with Customers, Owners, Architects, Engineers Complete and manage Mobilization Checklist
Attend Co. Field Supt Meeting to review - $$/Sched/COs/Equip/Men/Subs/Cust/Safety/Quality/Issues
Attend Turn-Over Pre-Con Meeting to Review & Approve $$/Schedule/Subcontractors/Equip/Scope/Contracts
Ensure Company Equipment, Vehicles & Tools are Clean, Maintained, Utilized & Job Charged
Call off / Cancel Equipment when work finished with Equip Manage Job-site General Conditions, Temporary Facilities & Utilities, & Job-site Security
Maintain, Prepare & Update As-Builts
Sign T & M and Material Delivery Tickets Daily & Note Description Or Cost Code Of What Each Item Is
Maintain, Review & Know Approved set of Plans onsite - A/E/M/E/P/C/L
Maintain Positive Work Environment and Team Player Attitude
Report all Crew Injuries & Site Accidents within 24 hours of incident to HR
Learn / Responsible to utilize Tablets / iPad - Timecards, Tracking, Photos, WOs, Plans, Files, etc.
Fill Out Incident Report & Report all Crew Injuries & Site Accidents within 24 hours of incident to PM
Learn / Responsible to utilize Software Programs
Know & Verify Approved Submittals for All Materials - Verify on Site Binder of All Approved Submittals
Avoid Leaving Jobsite Without a Lead or Foreman in Charge
Avoid Going to Supply House or Store to Buy or Pickup Materials
Enforce Co. Standard Attire - Hats, Sleeves, Boots, Glasses, etc. with Crew
