The Assistant Construction Project Manager will work with the Real Estate and Construction teams to manage several projects throughout Florida and Michigan. Candidates should have experience in real estate development, construction, and actively expanding retail programs. What you'll be doing:
The Assistant Construction Project Manager will report directly to the Head of Real Estate. They work closely with the Project Team to ensure timely completion of all phases of the project. Their responsibilities include preparing project status reports, monitoring project progress, and manage project communications to ensuring successful close out. They also oversee material and equipment procurement, manage project budgets, and participate in budget forecasting. This is a challenging and rewarding position in which the Assistant Project Manager plays a vital role in the successful completion of high-stakes construction projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience and administration.
• Ground up construction is a plus.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam are a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools and software, Smartsheets preferred.
