Jetro / Restaurant Depot is seeking an energetic Assistant Controller to join the growing Accounting department in the corporate office.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and expanding accounting department.Job functions include but not limited to:- Coordinates monthly close and preparation of financial statements- Ensures all General Ledger accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis- Monitor balance sheet review, account reconciliations and variances between current year results to last year to budget- Verify daily cash, check & credit deposits to POS system- Sales tax audit assistance and filings- Assist in year end closing and interaction with outside auditors & tax preparers-Special projects for the CFO & COORequirements- 3-5 years ACCOUNTING level experience- Bachelor's degree (Accounting major) required- Ability to multi-task and prioritizeJob Type: Full-time Salary Information: $23.00-$25.00
