The company is going through a lot of growth and has strong financials.They are looking for you, an experienced Assistant Controllerwho can help lead the accounting team and drive financials.What you get to do:
- Provide analytical support to Controller, perform cost analysis
- Manage the company's specific KPIs and making strategic business decisions
- Facilitate and track all cost savings as well as assist with preparing Annual Operating Plan
What you need to succeed:
- 7+ years of Accounting and Management experience
- Manufacturing experience is required and CPA is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
