Position Summary:

Support the Controller in overseeing the companys financial functions, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Accounts Receivable:

  • Supervise both internal and external billing and AR processes.

• Payroll Management:

  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Submit weekly payrolls punctually and perform pre-submission analysis and comparison reports.

• Accounts Payable:

  • Manage AP operations to guarantee accurate and timely payments.
  • Update and maintain financial records within QuickBooks.
