* Manage local Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions not handled by corporate teams, including credits, debits, and payments.
* Collaborate with corporate A/R and A/P teams to support their goals and improve processes.
* Perform cost analysis and maintain accurate cost data in SAP for our Milan location.
* Handle blocked invoices in SAP, process daily NIR entries, and complete monthly and yearly cost rolls.
* Oversee order settlements at month-end and commission calculations.
* Serve as the P-Card administrator for Diner's Club, managing card setup, cancellations, and reviewing transactions.
* Assist the Plant Controller with financial planning, AOP processes, and prepare/distribute the daily sales report.
* Track capital projects, including tooling numbers and monthly sales data for sales, marketing, and accounting teams.
Qualificationsarrow_right
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, or General Accounting.
* Solid understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis.
* Proficient in SAP, with experience handling blocked invoices, NIR processing, and cost management.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
