This includes evaluating needs for new initiatives, organizing special events, and departmental improvements (such as signage, patient wayfinding, and navigation).   • Supporting the coordination of logistics and support necessary to prepare newly renovated areas for occupancy.
  • Assisting the Projects Director preliminary meetings with shareholders in collaboration with Public Affairs, External Affairs, and Community Engagement to strategize, coordinate, and execute special events.
  • Aiding in the acquisition of supplies to bolster support for promotional events.
  • Serving as the hospital's representative at external events like Community Board Meetings and Galas, while also acting as a liaison and facilitating visits to the hospital by dignitaries, politicians, and clinical leaders.
  • Aiding in the execution of employee rewards and recognition initiatives and events on assisting in Joint Commission-related projects aimed at aiding the hospital in preparation for, and compliance with, accreditation and regulatory survey's, such as TJC surveys and DOH requirements.
  • Under the guidance of the Projects Director, oversee special projects focused on process and system optimizations.
  • Behalf of the Operations Division
Minimum Qualifications1. A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Community Health, Psychology or related discipline with one year of full-time experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity in business management systems, general administration, health care and medical/patient systems administration; or,2. A satisfactory combination of education, training and experience.Department PreferencesEducation Level:
