Job Description Pay Rate: $17.50/hr *Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority* Our Dairy Frozen departments round out our customers' shopping experience by providing a wide variety of choices of refrigerated dairy and frozen items. Whether it's milk, eggs, yogurt, juices....or frozen entrees, vegetables, or ice cream, Dairy/Frozen is the place to find it. What You'll Do: Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you help oversee the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team to achieve sales, gross profit and shrink goals. You'll help handle ordering, receiving, storage, and merchandising of product; ensuring proper shelf and sales floor conditions and stock levels; and selection, training, development, and scheduling of dairy/frozen associates.
