  • Strong expertise in the management of computer applications and databases, including Microsoft Office Professional version, Outlook, and other institutional systems, including Banner.
  • Ability to learn and effectively assimilate new technologies, hardware, and software into daily functions, especially to promote effectiveness and increase efficiency.
  • Knowledge of student development, counseling, human relations, information systems and processing, conflict resolution, management, marketing, budgeting, strategic planning, etc.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in higher education, management/marketing, business, public administration, or related field of study.
  • Three years of full-time experience in a college/university environment.
  • Experience recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a national background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three or more years of full-time experience in housing and residence life.
