Samaritan's Purse is seeking an Assistant Director, Global Domestic Operations to join the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) team in Boone, NC or Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between OCC Domestic and OCC Affiliate Offices (AOs) across the globe and oversee the development, training, and implementation of OCC global initiatives in the areas of operations and data management.

In the role of Assistant Director, Global Domestic Operations, you will have the opportunity to:

* Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

* Serve as the subject matter expert, specialist, occasional trainer and developer for all operational initiatives implemented from IHQ to all AOs

* Develop AO standards for shoebox collection and processing, gift-in-kind procurement, and vision trips

* Provide support to AOs to meet operational standards

* Develop a core competency and understanding of the technology used in the management of OCC systems

* Optimize the collection and management of data to generate operational insight and drive reporting

* Develop relationships and the understanding of global operational processes in order to identify, collect, and implement best practices

* Direct and manage operational communication between Samaritans Purse IHQ and Affiliate Offices

* Manage the OCC Domestic Operations Budget

* All other duties as assigned
